ABBA still hit the right notes for music fans
Fans would love for the opportunity to see ABBA tour, as the Swedish four-piece remain as popular as ever among modern music fans.
The iconic disco-pop ensemble shot to fame after their appearance at the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Waterloo, although they subsequently struggled to be taken seriously in light of the competition.
18 months later they secured another worldwide hit with SOS and went on to reach the UK number one spot nine times between 1974 and 1980.
They rose to become one of the biggest bands in the world and it is likely that ABBA tickets would be eagerly anticipated if the group were to head out on the road again.
Selling over 370 million records worldwide and with songs such as Mamma Mia, Dancing Queen, Take a Chance on Me, Chiquitita, Super Trouper and The Winner Takes It All, ABBA are likely to remain on DJ playlists for a long time to come.
