ATP World Tour finalist Federer to meet Hewitt at Davis Cup
Barclays ATP World Tour finalist Roger Federer is set to meet Lleyton Hewitt in the Davis Cup World Group play-off tie.
The two tennis stars will be playing at the Royal Sydney Golf Club, which is a grass venue, between September 16th and 18th.
ATP World Tour reports that Federer has won 17 games against Hewitt, while the Australian has beaten the Swiss eight times.
However, the last time the pair met at the grass-court final at Halle in 2010, Hewitt beat Federer.
The 30-year-old told the news provider: "It's a very unlucky draw for us. Sure, Australia is one of those great nations and I enjoy watching them play Davis Cup. So that's obviously what's very intriguing playing against them."
Federer will also be returning to the O2 in November to defend his Barclays ATP World Tour finals title.
Tennis fans can get their hands on ATP World Tour finals tickets for the O2 arena in London.
The tournament takes place between November 20th and 27th. The world's best tennis players, including Federer, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray, will compete to win a $5 million (£3.1 million) prize.
