Adriano Celentano to play two dates in Verona
Adriano Celentano tickets are currently for the taking for his two performances at the Arena di Verona in Italy.
An artist to have held a number of positions in the performing industry, the Italian star began his career as a comedian and impressionist in 1950s Milan.
Following in the footsteps of his heroes Elvis Presley and Jerry Lewis, Adriano Celentano then established his name in the music business in the 1960s and released a string of top-selling hits.
He stormed the Italian charts with his single Il Tuo Bacio e Come un Skirt, taken from his debut album Non Mi Dir, which reached the number one spot.
His song Il Ragazzo Della Via Gluck was further translated into 18 different languages and made him one of the most famous Italian pioneers of pop music.
His fame continued with his film career, where the star both appeared in films, such as 1968's Serafino and directed the 1965 movie Super Rapina a Milano.
The two-date Adriano Celentano European tour will take place on October 8th and 9th.
