Andy Murray still ranked fourth in world tennis

Andy Murray remains on course to appear at the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals later this year, after retaining fourth place in the official ranking of the leading men's tennis players.

Australian Open and Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic is still ranked number one in the world, followed by Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer.

Robin Soderling is fifth, while David Ferrer, Gael Monfils, Tomas Berdych, Mardy Fish and Andy Roddick complete the top ten.

Tennis fans with Barclays ATP World Tour Finals tickets will get to see the world's top eight players going head-to-head at the end of the season.

The likes of Djokovic and Nadal - whose places at the event have already been confirmed - will be competing for total prize money of $5 million (£3.1 million) at the O2 Arena from November 20th to 27th.

Previous winners of the prestigious competition include John McEnroe, Pete Sampras and Lleyton Hewitt.
