Arcade Fire to stream New York show
Canadian indie rock legends Arcade Fire are one of the biggest bands playing Reading and Leeds Festivals this year.
However those that have been unable to get hold of tickets to their headlining performance on the festivals' main stage have been given a consolation.
They will be given a chance to see one of the band's live performances from another gig from wherever they are in the world.
Arcade Fire have announced they will stream their upcoming New York concert, at Madison Square Gardens on August 5th, over YouTube, Consequence of Sound reports.
Furthermore, to promote the event, the band has released a new video featuring the previously unheard track Rococo, which is taken from their forthcoming album The Suburbs.
The Reading and Leeds Festivals begin on Friday, August 27th and finish on Sunday, August 29th.
Arcade Fire play Leeds on Friday, 27th and Reading on Saturday, 28th.
Other bands performing include The Libertines, Biffy Clyro and Paramore.
