Aussies mad for Pink
Singer Pink seems to have reached new heights of fame in Australia after being named the country's most played-artist for the year ending in June.
However, it is not the first time the Funhouse singer has received the honour, having come top of the list for the third year running.
She also scored twice in the most played record top ten with So What and coming in at seven and nine respectively.
The chart for most played artists was dominated by US acts with Kings of Leon, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga following Pink.
Coldplay made it into fifth place but the top local act, The Veronicas, only made it to ninth.
It was recently reported that Pink was thinking of taking up wine-making as a hobby after she was spotted carrying a book on the subject.
But wine expert Nathaniel Anderson from the Institute of Masters of Wine told Click Liverpool that she had a lot to learn.
"It takes years of training and experience to become a true wine expert, so she's going to need to show real commitment to have any chance of success," he said.
Pink will be touring the UK next summer, starting at the Reebok Stadium in Bolton on June 12th.
