Bon Jovi album reaches number two in UK charts
Bon Jovi's latest musical offering, The Circle, has been held off the top spot in the British album chart by Cheryl Cole.
The album, which was released last week, made it to number two in the charts.
Bon Jovi last hit the top of the charts with their album Crush in 2000.
The group performed on X Factor at the end of October, although since claimed not to know any of the acts.
It is the second week in a row that Cheryl's debut album has stayed at the top of the charts.
The group are to play a residency at London's O2 in summer next year.
Starting on June 7th, the band are due to play ten dates running through to June 23rd.
As well as playing music from their current album, they will likely also play some of their biggest material, including Livin' on a Prayer and It's My Life.
