Coldplay to perform with Rihanna at Grammy's
Ahead of this year's Coldplay tour, the band will be playing at the Grammy Award Show and it has been announced they will perform with pop star Rihanna.
The event will be held on February 12th and the group are up for three prizes themselves - Best Rock Song for Every Teardrop is a Waterfall, Best Rock Performance for the same track and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for Paradise.
It was Rihanna who broke the news she would be joining the British outfit at the show, posting a message on social networking site Twitter saying: "My friends @Coldplay and I will be sharing the stage for a performance at this years [sic] Grammy Awards!"
The pop star and the band will be playing new song Princess of China, which is included on their latest album Mylo Xyloto and features Rihanna's vocals on the record.
While not everyone will be able to attend the Grammy Award show in Los Angeles, many people will have the chance to buy Coldplay tickets for the forthcoming tour, which will begin in Canada in April, before travelling through the US, Europe and the UK.
