Coulthard backs Red Bull for F1 glory
Former Formula One driver David Coulthard has backed Red Bull to race to F1 glory this year.
Coulthard, who used to race for the team before retiring, believes that Red Bull are the favourites for both the constructors' and drivers' championships.
In his column for the Daily Telegraph he writes: "Purely in performance terms, however, I feel both championships are Red Bull's to lose.
"The reality is they have had the quickest package all year and the gap, if anything, is growing."
The Scot goes on to say that many of the remaining circuits on the 2010 calendar are suited to Red Bull's strengths.
However, he adds that the fate of the championship is not yet certain, with the experience of former champions Fernando Alonso, Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton likely to be a major factor.
The next race in this year's Formula One championship is the Belgian Grand Prix, which takes place on August 29th.
