Cowell confirms he will take part in UK show ahead of X Factor tour
Those with X Factor tickets to the upcoming live tour may be pleased to here that Simon Cowell has committed to appearing on the UK show.
Cowell has spent a lot of time in the US recently working on the debut series of the American version of the show.
The music mogul is also due to be a judge on the US X Factor, sparking speculation he will have to leave the UK version as he will not have time to do both.
But speaking to US TV show Extra, Cowell confirmed he will make time to fit in both shows.
"We're in the process of building a rocket and it is literally going to fly us from Los Angeles to London in an hour. It hasn't been tested yet but that's the idea," he joked.
It comes ahead of the start of the upcoming X Factor Live tour, which gets underway at the LG Arena in Birmingham on February 19th.
