Djokovic a favourite for the Barclays ATP Finals?
ATP World Tour Finals tickets went on sale yesterday (April 3rd) for matches at The O2 in London between November 5th and 12th and Novak Djokovic could be one of fans' favourites to win.
The best eight singles players and doubles teams in the world will meet at the competition, including Djokovic, Andy Murray, Roger Federrer and Rafael Nadal.
ATPWorldTour.com recently profiled Djokovic as one of the most promising stars among them, with the player managing a 41-match winning streak last year.
He has won the Order of the Karadjordje's Star of the First Degree in his home country of Serbia and been honoured with the Laureus World Sportsman of the Year in London and despite losing to Murray and John Isner recently, the 24-year-old remains confident about his chances.
"I'm sure any other tennis player would say the same, we live for these matches," he was quoted as saying by ATPWorldTour.com
Executive chairman and president of ATP Brad Drewett said the start of the season has been "captivating" so far.
He stated the ATP Tennis O2 London finals have been "a magnificent culmination" of the competition since Britain began to host them in 2009.
