Ed Sheeran to embark on huge UK tour
A mammoth Ed Sheeran tour is set for October and November, as the superstar singer-songwriter caps off a brilliant 12 months.
Rising to fame with the success of his single The A Team, Sheeran has become one of the biggest British artists of the year winning two BRIT Awards in 2012 for Best British Male Sole Artist and British Breakthrough of the Year.
His tour will begin with five dates at London's HMV Hammersmith Apollo from October 13th to 17th, before playing various dates around the UK in Swindon, Reading, Birmingham, Manchester, Blackpool and Newcastle among others.
Finishing with three dates at Glasgow Barrowlands, tickets for Ed Sheeran should be a great opportunity for fans to hear tracks from his quadruple platinum-selling debut record +.
Sheeran's rise to fame was built upon hard graft, with the singer playing over 300 shows in 2009 and jetting off to pursue his dream in Los Angeles, before signing to Atlantic Records.
