Elton John tour dates announced for 2012
Elton John tour dates have been confirmed for 2012, with the singer playing six gigs in the UK.
His British shows begin On June 3rd in Taunton, where he will perform at the Somerset County Cricket Club before he goes on to grace stages in Harrogate, Chesterfield, Falkirk, Newcastle and Birmingham later in the month.
Elton John concert tickets were released on Friday (December 2nd) for all six of the shows.
The celebrity stated: "I've never played Falkirk until now and it's high time I did - I'm really looking forward to playing at the stadium."
His gig in the Scottish town is scheduled for Sunday June 10th 2012 and the singer noted it will have been 41 years since his first concert in the country by the time he performs there.
In 1971, he played in Dunfermline Kinema, Stirling Uniervsity and Strathclyde University, the artist explained.
But the musician seems to be excited about going to Falkirk, remarking: "I hope Falkirk FC soon makes it back into the Scottish Premier League!"
