Elvis Costello still a musical force
Elvis Costello has been ever-present on the music scene since the early 1970s and the eclectic musician is still wowing fans all over the world.
Bursting on to the scene with debut record My Aim Is True in 1977, he has released 32 studio albums throughout his career including solo efforts, as well as records with his backing bands The Attractions and The Imposters.
Veering between pop and rock styles, and with country and folk influences, he has a varied back-catalogue and Elvis Costello gigs often play hits from throughout his career including Oliver's Army, Everyday I Write The Book, Shipbuilding, Pump It Up and God Give Me Strength.
Earlier in the 2012, Costello hit the road on The Revolver Tour, which saw the setlist being chosen live by audience members as they spun a wheel of fortune in order to choose the next song.
Receiving plenty of acclaim, the Los Angeles Times described it as an inspiring, invigorating experience and further Elvis Costello tours are likely to welcomed by fans.
