Fans snap up Coldplay tickets
A presale of Coldplay tickets kicked off yesterday (November 16th) but was quickly booked up by excited fans.
There were no passes left this morning except for members of Coventry City, Manchester City, Arsenal and Sunderland football clubs, who were able to pick up priority seats today.
Soccer fans were given the advantage because the band will be performing at stadiums in the four cities when they return to England next summer.
They will play at Coventry's Ricoh Arena, London's Emirates Stadium, Sunderland's Stadium of Light and Manchester's Etihad Stadium.
People who did not manage to pick up Coldplay tour tickets yesterday and who are not members of the football clubs will need to wait until 09:00 GMT tomorrow to get their hands on passes.
The band will be playing gigs in Manchester, Glasgow and London this December before the 2012 summer live shows, which will kick off in Coventry on May 29th and continue until June 9th in Manchester.
