Fans to win Madonna tickets for W.E. movie

While awaiting the announcement of Madonna tour dates 2012, many fans may be following the news on the singer's forthcoming film W.E.

This week, these music lovers were given the chance to be among the first to see the flick when it premieres in New York.

Two competitions were organised for fans to enter for the chance of winning tickets to the event.

One finished today (January 20th), while the other closed yesterday, having only been announced on Tuesday.

Fans were invited to answer a W.E. related question on the artist's website or enter using the official Madonna smartphone app.

As many as 25 pairs of tickets were up for grabs for the premiere, which will be held on January 23rd.

Details regarding a Madonna tour 2012 have not yet been released, but it is likely the singer will travel this year as she will have a new album out in March.
