Foo Fighters film to be released in UK

A new Foo Fighters film is coming out

Those with Foo Fighters tickets to their upcoming UK gigs will no doubt be pleased to hear that a documentary featuring the band is to be released this side of the Atlantic.

Called Back And Forth, the film will be shown in cinemas around the UK and Ireland for one day only this April.

The full-length documentary, which is directed by James Moll, charts the band's 16-year history - from when frontman Dave Grohl was still a drummer in Nirvana to the recording their new album Wasting Light.

It will be screened across 100 cities and towns in the UK and across Europe on April 7th.

Foo Fighters play two special UK shows this June at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes.

They will perform back-to-back gigs at the venue on July 2nd and 3rd, with support coming from the likes of Biffy Clyro, Death Cab for Cutie and Jimmy Eat World.
