Gene Simmons brands Lady Gaga 'female version' of Kiss
Gene Simmons has cast Lady Gaga as a female version of his band Kiss, saying that she, like the famous rockers, realises that it's fans who buy tickets and who are really in charge.
Kiss, who are currently in the middle of their first UK arena tour in over ten years, have said that they would like to enlist Lady Gaga as the fifth member of their band.
Gene Simmons said: "She's not Lady Gaga, she's really Lady Kiss. She's a female version of us. One of the first things we learned was to treat the audience as the guv'nor.
"When they buy a ticket they become your boss. We just work here. She realizes that her fans deserve the best you got because they pay your wages."
The rock legends are reportedly adamant that Lady Gaga's flamboyant costumes, hair and make-up are inspired by their own outrageous style.
Kiss will be touring in the UK until May 13th, around the same time that Lady Gaga will begin the UK leg of her Monster Ball world tour.
