George Michael tour: More dates added
Demand for George Michael tickets has led to the singer adding six additional dates to his upcoming tour.
The star will now play two shows each in Cardiff, Glasgow, Birmingham and Manchester, as well as two entirely new dates at London's Earls Court on December 16th and 17th.
Called Symphonica: The Orchestral Tour, it will feature Michael performing some of his own hits as well as some covers of artists who have influenced him.
"The idea of singing with symphonic orchestras around the world is because I heard Tony Bennett had done it recently, and I thought, 'What a nice idea'," George explained recently
"The idea of singing with this kind of backing has been very attractive to me for a long time."
Symphonica: The Orchestral Tour will kick off with four nights at the Royal Albert Hall in London, starting from October 25th and also includes shows in Dublin, Liverpool, Sheffield and Newcastle.
