Guns 'N' Roses to wow Reading and Leeds ticket holders?

Guns 'N' Roses coild be playing Reading and Leeds

Reading and Leeds festival ticket holders could get the chance to see legendary rock band Guns 'N' Roses.

The Axel Rose-fronted group have been rumoured as one of the likely headliners at the musical extravaganza due to take place this summer.

Rock music magazine Metal Hammer even speculates that the band could be back to something like their original line-up.

"The last time Guns N’ Roses played they brought original guitarist Izzy Stradlin and what with Slash and Duff also out and about will we finally see the reunion we've always wanted? We can but hope," it said.

Reunited bands could be a prominent feature of this year's festival, with Blink 182 and Libertines also rumoured to be appearing.

The Reading and Leeds festivals run from the August 27th-29th, the full line-ups will be announced on Monday, March 29th.

In 2008 Guns 'N' Roses released their sixth studio album Chinese Democracy, which had reportedly been in the works since 1994.
