Hard Rock Calling presale kicks off
A presale of tickets to next year's Hard Rock Calling Festival began today (December 1st) and it seems to be very popular.
Music lovers rushed to grab passes when they were released at 09:00 GMT this morning, many of whom are likely to be Bruce Springsteen fans, as he is the only artist to have been confirmed for the event so far.
The star will be headlining the second night of the festival, which takes place in London's Hyde Park between July 13th and 15th 2012, while efestivals has reported rumours that Radiohead and Kasabian could also be on the Hard Rock Calling line-up.
Although the event is a long way off, it seems there were a lot of people trying to get tickets early.
The official Hard Rock Calling Twitter feed responded to one person who was having problems accessing the webpage to buy presale passes.
"Insane amount of demand to the site, which is causing it to slow down," the organisers told the individual, whose handle on the networking platform is @jo_luffy, adding: "Keep trying!"
