Isle of Wight Festival headliners get ready to debut new material
Fans of Kasabian who buy Isle of Wight Festival tickets could see the band play material from their new album.
The band, who headline this year's festival, are scheduled to release a follow up to West Ryder Pauper Asylum this year.
And they have announced that they will road test some of the new songs they have been working on at a tour of smaller venues around the UK.
Speaking to the NME, singer Tom Meighan said: "We're going to go back on the road in April or May, and we're going to be doing the small shows again - 1,000, 2,000 people a night.
"I think we'll play two or three new songs. Serge (Pizzorno) has written a song we can end on now apart from 'LSF' too. Maybe that's just me putting my balls on the table, but I hope we can do that."
The Isle of Wight Festival takes place at Seaclose Park in Newport from June 10th to 12th.
