Johnson delays naming of England team

Johnson has had a number of injury problems to deal with

England rugby union captain Martin Johnson has delayed the naming of the team that will face Australia this weekend.

The England team has been faced with a large number of injuries, forcing Johnson to delay the final team for 24 hours.

Commenting on his decision, he said: "Due to a number of players joining and leaving the squad over the last few days we have not reached a final decision on our 22."

Despite the bad news for many players, Johnny Wilkinson is among those who will be able to play.

The Autumn Internationals kick off on Saturday at Twickenham, with England versus Australia starting at 14:30.

Wales will play New Zealand at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium on the same day.

Other popular games played this month include England versus New Zealand on November 21st and Wales versus Australia on November 28th.
