Julie Andrews makes The Rock crumble
For most women it would be an impossible task but Julie Andrews has made hard man The Rock crumble.
Speaking this week to promote the upcoming film Tooth Fairy, in which the pair star, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson admitted he was nervous about meeting his legendary co-star while dressed in a pink tutu and fairy wings.
He told reporters: "She is a woman you want to meet in a suit."
In the movie, due to be released in the UK this year, Johnson plays the part of a hard-hitting hockey player who after doing a bad deed to a minor league player is given the unusual punishment of having to fulfil the role of the tooth fairy for one week.
But tutu or no tutu, it is easy to see why he was nervous. Julie Andrews is an English Dame who has clocked up more credits and award wins than most movie production houses.
In 1965 she was won both an Oscar and a Golden Globe for her role as the leading lady in Mary Poppins, a role which cemented her star status.
Julie Andrews is due to perform a special one-off show at the O2 Arena in London on May 8th.
