Kalman wins Scotland Six Nations place
Ed Kalman has been called up to Scotland's RBS Six Nations squad to replace the injured Moray Low.
The tighthead prop could now feature in the England Scotland rugby match on February 4th at Murrayfield, as he is in the squad for Scotland's first two games in the tournament.
Low, who is Kalman's teammate at Glasgow Warriors, has been ruled out with a knee injury and Kalman - who has yet to win a cap for his country - is to join up with the rest of the players at a St Andrews training camp next week.
The 29-year-old has represented the Scotland A side12 times and signed for his current club in 2007.
In addition to the England match, Kalman will also be available for selection for Scotland's second game against Wales on February 12th.
Also taking place on the opening weekend of the tournament is the Ireland Wales rugby match - two more teams who will be hoping to take the trophy away from defending champions France.
