Kasabian wow fans in Paris
Kasabian have been praised for a gig in Paris over the weekend.
The British band, who are widely credited as being one of the best in the UK at the moment, played a number of songs including Thick as Thieves and Where Did All The Love Go? at their Parisian show.
The Sun's showbiz editor Gordon Smart said that the "sweaty" gig displayed "some cracking rock 'n' roll".
Kasabian are playing the gigs in Europe as a warm up for their UK tour, which will take in venues including Wembley Arena and the Liverpool Echo Arena.
The band has gone on to huge success since they formed in Leicester in 1999.
Although two members left the band between then and now, they have gone from strength to strength, picking up the NME Award for Best Live Act in 2007.
Tonight they will be among a host of UK acts waiting to see if they can add to their prizes at the Q Awards.
