Keane unveil winter tour dates
Piano-rockers Keane will head out on the Strangeland tour later in the year in support of their new record.
Strangeland, released in May, marked a return to the piano-driven sound which saw them rise to prominence in 2004 and featured the singles Silenced by the Night and Sovereign Light Cafe.
The four-piece, which includes Tom Chaplin on vocals and Tim Rice-Oxley on piano, will start their winter tour at Edinburgh's Usher Hall on November 19th, before moving on to Dublin, Belfast and Nottingham among others.
Finishing at the Bournemouth International Centre on December 4th, tickets for Keane should be a great chance to see the band perform hits from throughout their career including Is It Any Wonder, Everybody's Changing, Spiralling and Somewhere Only We Know.
Speaking about the tour, Tim Rice-Oxley said the band are still amazed when they play big arena shows.
"Keane fans are the best in the world, always singing their hearts out and we feel like our music is at its best when it is echoing around those big rooms and being sung by thousands of people," he stated.
