The Kew the Music 2012 line-up includes legendary rock band Status Quo, while pop sensations James Morrison and Will Young are also on the bill.
On July 3rd, the opening night of the six-day event, Status Quo will take to the stage supported by special guests The Straits.
The next evening, M People and CHIC, featuring Nile Rodgers, are to perform, while Pink Martini will follow a set from Australian musical comedian Tim Minchin on July 5th.
James Morrison will perform on July 6th and Will Young will headline on July 7th, with Nerina Pallot as his special guest.
The next evening, the Gipsy Kings will close the series of concerts, supported by Los Lobos.
Kew the Music 2012 tickets are now on sale for the event, which the organisers describe as "a sublime summer music experience".
"Our laid-back concerts are known for their magical festival atmosphere," Kew Gardens said. "Invite your friends and family to enjoy great music in a setting of dazzling natural beauty."
People who want to make the evening even more special could splash out on a platinum hospitality package, which includes a champagne reception and three-course meal at the Marianne North Gallery, as well as a private area to watch the show with complimentary drinks.
