Kings of Leon steal the show at Isle of Wight Festival
Those with Kings of Leon tickets to the band's UK summer gigs were given a taste of what they can look forward to when the band performed at the Isle of Wight Festival this weekend.
The US rockers headlined the event on the Friday night (June 10th) and blew the crowds away with an electric performance of recent hits and older classics.
Reviewing the performance from NME, Leonie Cooper awarded the Kings of Leon an impressive eight out of ten.
"They've had a fair bit of practice at this sort of thing, so it comes as no surprise to see that the siblings have got headlining a festival totally in the bag; complete with lazers, lights and crowd pleasing chit-chat," she said.
The Kings of Leon go on to play a number of outdoor gigs in the UK this summer, including two huge shows at London's Hyde Park on June 22nd and 23rd.
