Kings of Leon tour star's drinking problems revealed in new film
Those with Kings of Leon tickets will no doubt be interested in a new film about the band due out later this month.
Called Talihina Sky, the film charts the band's rise from humble beginnings to international stardom and addresses some sensitive personal issues.
One of the film's most revealing moments is when it documents lead singer Caleb Followill's growing dependancy on alcohol as he struggles to cope with the pressures of fame.
One scene features a fight between Caleb and his brother Nathan, who is also the band's drummer, Contact Music reports.
"You get so f**king drunk and talk s**t. Your band cannot stand you. You have got to get your f**king self together! We have made you, you piece of s**t," Nathan shouts at him.
"You've got to realise how much you are talking s**t to people who love you the most and made you who you are!"
Talihina Sky will be screened at 150 cinemas nationwide on June 25th before going on general release in July.
Meanwhile, the Kings of Leon play a number of UK gigs as part of a summer tour over the coming weeks, starting tonight (June 17th) at the Stadium of Light in Sunderland.
