Lady Gaga duets with Yoko Ono
Ticket holders to a gig in Los Angeles this weekend were treated to a duet between Lady Gaga and Yoko Ono.
The pop star performed two songs at the end of a three-hour concert from the Plastic Ono Band, founded by Yoko's late husband John Lennon in 1969.
Lady Gaga paid tribute to the 77-year-old on stage, saying: "Thanks for being so brilliant and such an inspiration to so many women."
She later further complimented her on Twitter, saying: "I got to sit in as a guest musician tonight, what a legendary band+mother, Yoko."
The concert comes ahead of planned celebrations this weekend (October 9th) to mark what would have been Lennon's 70th birthday.
As well as a special concert by the Plastic Ono Band, Yoko is planning a series of peace-promoting events in Iceland.
Lady Gaga will be coming to the UK later this month, playing a series of gigs in Belfast and London from October 30th.
