Lady Gaga in rehearsals for Monster Ball tour
Lady Gaga is currently in rehearsals ahead of her much anticipated Monster Ball world tour.
The Poker Face singer, who has a penchant for the peculiar, will be performing at a string of venues across the UK later this month, with tickets currently going for gigs at the Liverpool Echo Arena, London's O2 Arena and the SECC in Glasgow, among others.
With anticipation reaching fever pitch, the pop star has revealed that she is hard at work preparing to ensure that the tour will live up to everyone's expectations.
Lady Gaga had been expected to get involved with a recording of We Are the World along with other stars such as Taylor Swift this week, in order to raise money for the earthquake-ravaged victims of Haiti.
Her omission from the list of singers was picked up on by several news outlets, but the Grammy-winning artist explained she was never scheduled to take part in the project.
She told Access Hollywood: "I've actually been in rehearsal for my new tour, but I was never supposed to do We Are the World. So that's a rumor."
The Just Dance singer added that she has raised more than half a million dollars for Haiti through her own projects, including all the proceeds raised from ticket sales at one of her recent shows.
