Lady Gaga rents LA mansion for $25,000 a week
Despite a long-running global tour that sees her rarely staying in the same place for more than a few days, Lady Gaga is spending a fortune on an LA mansion, it has been revealed.
The Alejandro singer is reportedly paying $25,000 (£16,000) in rent each month for a house worth $5 million (£3.25 million) in the Bel Air neighbourhood of the city.
For her money, the 24-year-old will be getting one acre of grounds, a large swimming pool and stunning views across Hollywood and the Pacific Ocean.
Bel Air is one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods in the US and residents past and present include Elizabeth Taylor and former US president Ronald Reagan.
Last month, Lady Gaga was named for the first time on US magazine Forbes list of World's Most Powerful Celebrities, debuting at number four.
The singer's current world tour will see her play a number of UK gigs later this year, starting at Odyssey in Belfast on October 30th.
