Lady Gaga tired but fine says tour promoter

Lady Gaga comes to the UK in May

Ticket holders to Lady Gaga's recent show in Auckland, New Zealand, may have been somewhat bemused by the star's performance.

Reports suggest the singer appeared fatigued and dizzy, even taking off her head gear and lying down on the stage during one song.

The incident sparked fears of a health problem, particularly as she was forced to cancel a show in the US earlier this year after collapsing back stage from exhaustion.

But tour promoter Michael Coppel has moved to reassure fans that all is well with the 23-year-old.

"[She is] totally fine. It was warm at the show, she was tired and bit dehydrated by the end of a two-hour-plus performance," he said.

"She performed the second Auckland show the following night without an issue and will be back in full match fitness for her first Australian show."

Lady Gaga returns to the UK for a series of gigs later this year, starting at the Trent FM Arena in Nottingham on May 27th.
