Lady Gaga video seen more than 10 million times
There could be huge demand for Lady Gaga tour tickets, as the video to her song Marry the Night has attracted more than ten million viewers.
A teaser for the 14-minute movie was released last month before the whole product became available a week ago and the singer told MTV News the clip is autobiographical.
"The entire story's true," she claimed. "It's through the lens of how I choose to repaint my past."
In the video, the singer crushes cereal on her naked body and is admitted to a psychiatric hospital in what she says is reflective of a time before she made it big, when her first record label dropped her.
The artist told MTV out of all of the bizarre sequences in the movie she most enjoyed filming a scene in which she dances ballet.
Within just 48 hours of its release, the Marry the Night video had been watched five million times, which could be a sign next year's Lady Gaga concert dates will draw large crowds.
