Last few names confirmed for Reading and Leeds
Holders of Leeds and Reading festival tickets might be interested to hear that a few more names have been confirmed ahead of this year's events, which will take place over the August bank holiday weekend.
Huw Stephens will return to compere the main stage at Reading while Colin Murray and Gill Mills will do the honours at Leeds.
Mike Davies will take on the responsibility of overseeing the Lock Up stage at Reading, while Gazz Snowdon will fill the same role at the more northerly edition of the festival.
A number of additions to the Alternative stage line-up were also announced, including stand-up comedian Paul Chowdhry, who was signed up for his "impressive feats of mimicry and verbal dexterity", among other talents.
Tom Stade, co-star and co-writer of Frankie Boyle's Channel 4 series Tramadol Nights, will also be appearing, along with Jarred Christmas, who was described by Time Out magazine as "one of the funniest men to pick up a microphone".
Other highlights for Leeds and Reading festival-goers to look out for include sets from the likes of Steve Lamacq and Bethan Elfyn and screenings of award-winning director Luke Snellin's short films Mixtape and Disco.
