Last four prepare for ladies' semi-finals at Wimbledon
Holders of Wimbledon tickets will be heading to SW19 tomorrow (June 30th) to see the four remaining female players in the ladies' singles draw competing for a place in the final.
All of the competitors are European, with Russian favourite Maria Sharapova set to face Sabine Lisicki of Germany and Belarusian fourth seed Victoria Azarenka drawn against Petra Kvitova of the Czech Republic.
The semi-finalists are also united by their youth, with Sharapova the oldest player still in the tournament at just 24.
Once tomorrow's matches are decided, the last two women in the draw will face one another in the final on Centre Court on Saturday.
Sharapova will be hoping to secure her second Wimbledon title, having won the tournament in 2004.
The men's singles draw is currently at the quarter-final stage, with the likes of Andy Murray, Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic fighting for a place in the last four.
