Lewis Hamilton looking forward to 'exciting and unpredictable' Monaco Grand Prix
Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton has promised ticket holders to the upcoming Monaco Grand Prix an "exciting and unpredictable" race.
The McLaren man said he was a big fan of the famous street circuit and that his win there in 2008 is probably the best of his career.
As it was back then, it looks possible this year's race will be heavily affected by rain, adding to the drama.
"But even if it doesn't rain on the Sunday, the possibility of heavily disrupted practice and qualifying sessions means that we'll probably go into the race with a chance of one of the most exciting and unpredictable Monaco races for many years," Hamilton said.
The former world champion also revealed that he was hoping for another successful grand prix, with the help of a new helmet.
He said: "I'll also be wearing a specially-painted helmet for the occasion. When you see it, you'll know why I'll be hoping for it to swing the odds in my favour."
The Monaco Grand Prix takes place this Sunday, May 16th, following qualifying on Saturday.
