Lewis Hamilton relishing battle with teammate Button
Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton has revealed he is relishing the challenge of racing against his McLaren teammate Jenson Button.
Following last weekend's one-two finish at the Turkish Grand Prix, in which Hamilton pipped Button to the chequered flag, Hamilton revealed the experience of directly competing with Button had been a positive one.
"To finally have a race with my team mate - wheel to wheel - was a great feeling and to come out on top was a bonus," he said.
"I am looking forward to many more races like that where we have fun, hard battles yet fair in our race to the championship."
He also predicted there would be many more races in the future where the two would be fighting one another for position.
Following the win, Hamilton moves up to within four points of Button, who currently sits in second – five points off championship leader Mark Webber.
The next race in the F1 calendar is the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal on June 13th.
