Madness confirm new single
A new single will be released following Madness' December UK tour, it has been reported.
According to clashmusic.com the band will release 'Forever Young' on January 14th.
The song, from new album The Liberty of Norton Folgate, had already been revealed by the band as the next release, but it is only now that this has been officially confirmed and a release date given.
Last week, Madness guitarist Chris Foreman said on the band's website: "It's Forever Young in a real physical format - no downloads only. This is it, a hit I think."
The Liberty of Norton Folgate is the band's ninth studio album and has received excellent reviews.
NME said: "Everything seems to gel the arrangements are the best ever, the production is thoughtful and smart, and the influences melded perfectly."
Madness begin a month long tour of the UK in December. The tour will start at the BIC in Bournemouth and finish on December 29th at the Odyssey in Belfast.
