Madonna: I love how Kate Middleton dresses
People hoping to attend a Madonna concert may be excited to see where the pop star and fashion icon takes her style next and there may be indications the artist will follow the lead of Kate Middleton.
The new Duchess of Cambridge, who married Prince William in April this year, has become part of the singer's self-confessed obsession with the British royal family.
"She is a lovely girl with a great sense of style," the US celebrity said of Middleton, speaking to People magazine in New York on Sunday (December 4th).
The singer was attending the Cinema Society and Piaget screening of the first film she has directed W.E. - a project inspired by her interest in the palace.
Released on December 9th, the movie is about Wallis Simpson, the US divorcee King Edward VIII married, despite the fact he had to abdicate the throne to do so.
People awaiting the next Madonna tour with bated breath may be excited to see the star's directorial debut, as well as some pictures to see whether her love of Middleton has affected her style.
"She's elegant and still knows how to have some fun," the celebrity stated.
W.E. is only the latest project that has seen Madonna expand her career outside of music, as she recently released a perfume called Truth or Dare, manufactured by Coty Prestige.
