Massa: Istanbul is a special track for me

Massa hopeful of Turkish Grand Prix win

Felipe Massa is hoping to impress ticket holders to this weekend's Formula One Turkish Grand Prix as he looks to claim his fourth win in five years at the track.

The Ferrari driver won from pole at the track in three consecutive seasons from 2006 to 2008 and is hoping to add to that tally this year.

"Istanbul is a special track for me," he told ferrari.com. "I enjoy it a lot and I am looking forward to this weekend to try and do it again."

"Last year, when our car was not so competitive, I still managed to finish sixth, so I am hoping for something better this time, even if we have seen that the opposition is very strong at the moment."

If he were to take the chequered flag, it would be Massa's first win of the 2010 season, having failed to reach the podium in the four races.

He currently sits in fifth place in the drivers' championship on 61 points, 17 behind leader Mark Webber.
