Maximo Park to take to the road in November
A Maximo Park UK tour will be taking place this autumn, giving fans the chance to hear tracks from their new album live.
The group, who hail from the north-east, have released clips from the record The National Health on their website, but people will undoubtedly want to hear the full versions on stage.
On November 1st they will play their first date at the O2 Academy in Liverpool, before heading to cities including Newcastle, Sheffield, Manchester, Glasgow and Birmingham.
The final Maximo Park concert will be at Portsmouth Pyramids on November 10th.
Reviewing The National Health, the Shields Gazette noted the album makes a welcome return "to the instant hooks" of previous releases A Certain Trigger and Our Earthly Pleasure.
"The nation they refer to may be facing difficulties, but this record proves Maximo Park are in a healthier state than ever," the review stated.
Before their UK dates, the band will be performing at locations across Europe.
