McLaren hoping harmony is key to F1 success
Formula One team McLaren is hoping the team's relative harmony compared to its competitors will help land silverware this season.
Recent weeks have seen public displays of disruption in both of McLaren's main F1 rivals.
Red Bull's Mark Webber criticised his team for prioritising Sebastian Vettel at the British Grand Prix.
Meanwhile, last weekend saw Ferrari order driver Felipe Massa to concede the lead to teammate Fernando Alonso.
"For us, our harmony allows us to focus on our job," Lewis Hamilton told the Press Association.
"It's always tough in any part of life when you are trying to focus on one thing, and you've other things distracting you a little. As for us, we've all our resources focused on trying to hammer down, and that is a good thing for us."
McLaren will be hoping that sense of harmony will help the team to victory at this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix, which takes place on Sunday, August 1st.
