Munster fans with Heineken Cup tickets may not see Quinlan play following injury
Those with Heineken Cup tickets could miss out on seeing Munster's Alan Quinlan take to the field against Toulon after the player suffered an injury.
The back row faces a race against time to be fit for the Irish side's clash with Toulon at the Stade Felix Mayol on January 16th after dislocating an elbow in Munster's recent Magners League victory over Connacht.
He sustained the injury after 47 minutes and was immediately taken to Galway University Hospital where his elbow was put back in place.
However, it is not yet known if their has been any chipping to the bone, which could mean a lengthy spell on the sidelines, as this can only be determined once the swelling goes down.
Meanwhile, Ospreys are hoping Shane Williams could be fit for their January 22nd match against Toulon after recovering well from surgery on an injured shoulder, which had been expected to keep him out well into February.
