Murray sets sights on US Open victory
Andy Murray could go into this year's Barclays ATP World Tour Finals on a high if he can win the US Open.
The Scottish tennis ace has set his sights on a first Grand Slam victory at the Flushing Meadows tournament following winning the Rogers Cup in Toronto.
Murray defeated world number one Rafael Nadal and former world number one Roger Federer on his way to winning the tournament to put him on a wave of confidence for the start of the US Open at the end of August.
"I want to win a slam. I believe I'm good enough to, but it's a very, very difficult thing to do just now because the players that are around," said Murray.
"But it's also something that is exciting and challenging, and that's why if you can do it, it makes it a much, much greater achievement."
The Barclays ATP World Tour Finals will be held at London's O2 Arena this year and begin on Sunday, November 21st.
