New Beady Eye video to be shot at Isle of Wight Festival

Beady Eye are set to use the opportunity provided by this weekend's Isle of Wight Festival to film a new video.

The band, who formed in 2009 when Noel Gallagher left Oasis, will shoot the promo for their new single The Beat Goes On during their performance on Sunday evening.

Due for release on July 11th, the song will be the third single from the group's debut album Different Gear, Still Speeding, which was released in February this year and reached number three in the UK charts.

Their biggest success from the record so far has been The Roller, which reached number 31 in the singles charts in January.

Beady Eye will be the second-to-last act to entertain music fans with Isle of Wight Festival tickets this weekend, with Kasabian set to bring the event to a close on Sunday night.

Other bands who will be entertaining the crowds at Seaclose Park include Kaiser Chiefs, Pulp, Kings of Leon and Foo Fighters.
