New Peter Kay ad unveiled
The second of the new run of John Smith's adverts featuring Peter Kay has been unveiled.
It will feature the comedian attending an antiques fair to have a watercolour painting valued, before expressing his disbelief at the £200 price tag put on it.
The Bolton funny man first starred in the famous 'no nonsense' ads between 2002 and 2005.
But drink maker Heineken, which owns the John Smith's brand, recently decided to bring the campaign back.
The first instalment of the new ad series saw Kay speaking about his dream date during dinner with friends and his on screen wife.
Gareth Turner, senior brand manager at Heineken UK, said: "We've had a terrific response to Peter's return which coincided with the General Election. With all the political wrangling of the last couple of weeks, it's time to bring a little more no-nonsense fun back to the lives of the great British electorate."
Peter Kay plays a stand-up gig at the O2 Arena in London on November 4th.
