New Westlife tour announced
A Westlife tour has been announced, which will include nine dates in England, Scotland and Wales.
The boyband will perform their first live show of the series at Newcastle's Metro Radio Arena on May 14th 2012.
Following this gig, they will set off to eight other UK cities including Cardiff, Birmingham, London, Manchester and Glasgow.
The official announcement did not say the group would be playing any live shows in Ireland and it seems some fans may have complained, as one of the singers Markus Feehily attempted to calm them down on Twitter.
He posted a message on the social networking platform that said: "Do u honestly think we'd go on tour and not play Ireland!!!? Of COURSE we'll be playing there, hang tight it's being planned."
The Greatest Hits Tour, as it has been named, will see the boys perform all 14 of their singles that got to number one, plus other tunes.
Westlife tickets for the event will go on sale at 09:00 BST on Friday (October 21st).
