New movies to entertain Leeds and Reading festival guests
There will be music galore for holders of Leeds and Reading festival tickets to enjoy this weekend, but there will also be some cinematic entertainment on offer in the early hours.
At Reading, the Lock-up/Dance stage will turn into a cinema tent after the music has finished, opening from midnight until 04:00 on three nights.
Film fans will be able to see 127 Hours and Battle: Los Angeles on the first night, followed by The Hangover and Due Date the next day.
Mind-bending blockbuster Inception will be the final movie to be shown over the festival weekend.
At Leeds, there will be screenings on all four nights from Thursday to Sunday, with Battle: Los Angeles, The Hangover, The Mechanic and Inception all set to be shown.
The films will complement the musical entertainment on offer at the festivals this weekend, which will be provided by the likes of My Chemical Romance, the Strokes, Interpol, Beady Eye and Jane's Addiction.
